RELATIONSHIP COACHING for Singles and Couples
"It seems there are two basic ways to feel the fullness of life, and both arise from the authenticity of our relationships. One is from our love of life, and the other is from our love of each other." ~ Mark Nepo
Are you a single who wants to find that fulfilling quality relationship? Are you in a relationship and want to make sure it flourishes and grows? Then, consider embarking on the awesome journey of Relationship Coaching.
I am a licensed LifepartnerQuest Relationship Coach (see http://www.lifepartnerquest for more information). As such, I partner with my clients in making sure they are on a successful love track.
Whether you are happily single and headed toward a future relationship or already involved in one and want to understand it more, here are the5 Elements of a Healthy Relationship:
1. Be fully committed to the relationship. You are either in or you are out. Liken it to being 'a little pregnant.' There is no such thing! You are or you are not.
2. Accept personal responsibility. No victims! Each person is 50% responsible for the fulfillment or failure in a relationship.
3. Take good care of yourself. If you aren't getting your own needs met, how can you expect that anyone else will?
4. Tell your truth. The # 1 cause of a failed relationship is that people did not say what is true for them.
5. Do your work. Work on it, figure it out. Be equally committed to finding real solutions and not just bandages.
Want to learn more? Call (212) 461-2746 and listen to the LifePartnerQuest audio call entitled Finding the Love of Your Life AND the Life That You Love. The only cost or obligation for you is the toll charges if it is a long distance call.
A FEW OF MY FAVORITE RELATIONSHIP RESOURCES Note: This is just a sampling. I know there are many others, particularly by John Gray, Hugh Prather and Philip McGraw. It's important that you choose books that speak to you. These are some of the ones that I like and this list includes resources for singles, couples and the tools to problem solve and promote understanding of our differences.
